Today was our first visit to First Avenue Coffee, Spokane. Serendipitously, we showed up at the beginning of Open Mic Sunday. What a treat, can't wait to come back and enjoy this local artist experience. This was the second musician that played while we were there. Today was our first visit to First Avenue Coffee, Spokane. Serendipitously, we showed up at the beginning of Open Mic Sunday. What a treat, can't wait to come back and enjoy this local artist experience. This was the first of several artists today.

We had our birdfeeder hanging from the arbor, and the squirrels spent quite a bit of time hanging down and pulling seeds. it took them a lot of work, but they were reasonably successful. We finally found a way to hang the feeder so it was too high for them to jump to, and blocked by an obstacle for climbers.
