Awesome! I love the game and with an RTX 3060 it should run at 4K 60 fps min. Invest around $4000 for it to be as horrible. PC video games are not made the same as those on consoles. You are not going to gain a single additional frame than the one programmed for the console. It is not as easy as running it on an overkill computer, the video game also has to be prepared for that.

I had this game back in 2017-2018 and played the heck out of it using my main Bruce with other faves Eddy, Lee, and Kazuya. This upscaling really makes this game look good. This needs to be re-released for the Nintendo Switch.

The top left shows 60/60 you need to make it 30/60 by this you will get stable 60fps with no stutter In Pcsx2 location find inis folder inside this folder you will find PS2.ini open it and look for {SkipDuplicateFrames = false} change it to true
