Yeah. I think Ewing didn't have a lot of hops so he would often opt for lay-ups and hook-shots. That Finals he had The Dream against him and that didn't help either. :)

@@nicksoldschoolbball He had ok hops, enough to block a lot of shots and a pretty unstoppable fadaway. I saw every min of that finals... except when they stop broadcasting the game because of the infamous bronco chase.

@@heic1971 I liked Ewing and the Knicks of that era. Even though I was a Bulls fan, I always respected how the Knicks played with a lot of heart and grit.

@@nicksoldschoolbball Same, i was a bulls fan, but we all knew nobody was gonna beat the Bulls once they were back to full strength. I was surprised they lost to Orlando the year MJ came back. Now looking back at it, he was not in shape for NBA basketball yet.

@@heic1971 Yeah I wasn't surprised then cause MJ had only a few games before Play-Offs and Bulls didn't have PF since Horace Grant left. But that was the best thing about MJ, he would fail, accept the challenge and come back stronger to dominate.

Haha no. I just played some amateur leagues and a lot of pick-up basketball and studied the game because of the great love and passion I have for it.
