In February 2012 CSX Transportation declined permission to continue working on the Railroad View Park redevelopment program, and this mini-documentary has therefore been scrapped. Follow one of the Brunswick Railroad Museum's HO Scale Baltimore and Ohio Passenger trains through Silver Spring, Rockville, and Barnesville Maryland and a B&O Freight through Barnesville and Silver Spring. The layout takes up much of the museum's third floor, and represents the Washington D.C. to Brunswick Metropolitan Subdivision as it appeared around 1960

The Brunswick Railroad Museum officially dropped this project due to several other pending projects, and an effort was made by Brunswick Main Street from 2010 to 2012 to gain permission for its construction. In Feb. 2012 CSX Transportation finally decided to turn down the project citing safety concerns.

This video was done simply to test out Windows Movie Maker, and has never been used by the museum. The photos and video are all mine, as is the steam locomotive audio (from Cass Scenic Railroad)
