    lots of BS disinfo in this talk... seems like Ajahn Brahm's goal of this talk is to put your mind to sleep.     Marsha Lineham literaly wrote the book on treating borderline personality disorder. There is an entire chapter on mindfulness which is a budhist concept and what this man is giving to the world.
