Nepal is one of the few places where living Tantra is practised. Lord Shiva spent His youth There are many mountains on which Shiva is said to have meditated like Gaurishankar and Mt Everest and Imja Tse. Additionally Baba has said that the Himalayas are the best place for meditation along with Ananda Nagar. People come from all over the world to Nepal not just for the spirituality, the mountains but also for the goodness of its people. www.navigationtreks.com 3) From there we will be going to Varanasi which is the 7500 year old city created by Lord Shiva. 4)From there we will be going to Jamalpur whose glory is so well-known to all of us. 5)From there we will be going to Kolkata where Baba spent so many years working 22 hours a day. 6)From there we will be going to Gaya where Buddha attained enlightenment. 7)From their we will be going to our own Anandanagar. is the view of the Ancient hills of Rarh that were towering mountains higher than the Himalayas & Astipahar-Dinosaurs fossil hills. Then we will be going to Delhi for you to fly out. We look forward to meditating, singing His songs and His Name with you as we visit these places surcharged with spiritual vibrations.

Even while working, we should be singing. All our sensory and motor organs, all the different parts of our mind become absorbed in Kiirtana. The meaning of Kiirtana is the enemy of discrimination and bigotry. We are singing that Baba’s Name is our Only Reality. Hence we cannot see or talk about any caste, religion, group, priest etc.. Secondly when we sing His Name, we are blessed with the realization of His Blissful Form (Rupa). Hence neither the form of our so-called enemies/friends can enter our mind. This is how bhed-bhav dies and how bhava Samadhi becomes a reality. This is the 3 stage of spiritual realization. As Baba explains,. Ba’ba’ Na’m Kevalam! When the first syllable ba’ is uttered, the feeling should be: ‘ I am crossing the threshold and entering the new world’; and when the last syllable ma is uttered the feeling should be ‘I have accomplished my duty.’ If the kiirtan is done with these feelings, within two or three minutes the effect will come into play. ... A feeling of bliss and perfection.. Baba.
