Short video of a LD100 engine build I did a while back. Gave it a little rip after break in. That is the best I can get from the stock clutch. Give the video and like and subscribe for more. Notes on engine build: Cylinder ported. Cylinder Case matched. Trenched with added boost port on intake side. Better balance crank. mz65 pipe with welded 27mm flange match. vm22 mikuni carb. I see the phantom has upgraded well, I didn’t know you could add all that extra stuff to that engine I have the b3 and don’t even use it
#1 where did you get that headlight? #2 where did you buy that yz85 exhaust?
1) I got the headlight from Amazon. Search cafe racer head lights 2) I got the pipe from eBay. I got lucky from a seller.

Very difficult to tune because the heat range is so large. I recommend mikuni carb if you are not using one.

Could you mount a sprocket to the clutch assembly somehow? That way you would avoid using a jackshaft
Probably could. A new problem would be presented with alignment.

What is the adapter that you put on the exaust to fit the pipe?
I took the flange from the pipe that come with it the kit. Cut it and modified it with another metal tubing to fit exhaust pipe.

I have not. I blew a blew a Ebike chain with ld100 so I thought it’ll be to much power.

I took a bike seat pole and welded and flat steel beam to it to hold the seat.
@@shadprojects sweet thanks! And what about the gas tank any special mounting tricks or did you just use the tab with the hole to screw in into the frame?
@@angelscarport3328 I did do some mounting tricks. I used the default mounts from the stock gas tank. But had to use some longer bolts and nuts to able to reach under the frame to hold. Kinda difficult to completely explain but it’s possible.

Your bike is beautiful, don't get me wrong, just I hate it when people remove the clutch cover. I am not hating on your build, I just think those covers are there for a reason. Nice bike though, good job.
I need a custom cover for the clutch springs. Had to upgrade the clutch.
@Shad Projects that makes sense, it just bothers me when people have no intention of protecting it at all.
Finally someone who gives their motorized bike full throttle...tired of LA hover bikes grandma'ing it.
I’ll give it a big rip from time to time , however I am not recommending anyone to full send motorized bikes. Safety first everyone haha.

Made a small bracket to hold the seat in place. The seat is a cafe racer seat from Amazon.
@@shadprojects did it come with an adapter or did you make one to use it as a bicycle seat or did it just perfectly?

I can’t find the fork it use to be on bikeberry. They are triple tree forks non suspension. The handle bar is on Amazon: Motorcycle 7/8" 22MM Handlebar - Cafe Racer Ace Clubman Style Handlebars.
