I have neuvillete and i don’t use this strat, but i can say that after the change he feels weird, some times i try to change the camera to hit another enemy and there is a ghost force making it slower, def an anoying change and noticible

As it stands the rotation speed isn't a feature advertised by the company, its more or less a glitch so they are well within their right to ...make amends to it. They didn't advertise him for a 360 rapid spin charged attack...other people did. As a whole they didn't even technically affect his kit in any way.
