Thank you! Very helpful.
How do I get a shelterd spot plz
Have not grown any yet but will soon
The slugs/snails have just eaten all of my rubber beans 😭 so I’m going to have to start again! Thank you for this video
Y can't you put the canes near to the runners and cables tie the top, See a lot of work for the same result,🤔
Hello Elaine, Can you tell me what a soil meter should read for Runner Beans. Many Thanks, Barrie.
Hi - just watched your whole series. I would like to know the size of your pots? Going by scale I think I have similarly sized pots. As a complete beginner, I’m sowing my first seeds ever this year, I want to make sure I have the best chance! :)
Great video ….
Thank you so much 😊
Thank you ❤️
👍👍👍 perfect
Really helpful video for first time planting lettuce seeds inside
What size pots are they
Your video is so helpful. Thank you Elaine!
Very helpful and easy to follow xx
Great tips thank you
Thanks for the explenation!
Nice video....going to make these right now 😊
My daughter and I liked your videos, she has started her runner beans and they are going strong. She really likes the way you explain things. We hope you are well and hope you might make some more videos soon. Thank You from the U.S.
Hi Kevin, thanks so much, I am so pleased your daughter is following my tips and growing her beans and I wish her all the best with them. I will be posting up more videos, I have just been so busy with my gardening work. Take care and happy gardening to you both

How is 3 in 1 bucket doing for you? My pack of runner beans say they should be spaced 10 inches apart...
They will be fine. Instructions are usually for planting in a larger area in soil. If you follow my guidelines on planting in a large pot you should have no problems.
@@gorgeousgardens9480 Thanks for the reply! What size tubs are you using? I've got 12" tall buckets 12" wide. Thanks.
@@gmpro9159 12” is probably a bit small you may struggle to get the bamboo canes in comfortably. 18” pot would be better if you can get hold of one. Good luck
I love you for showing this. Thanks it is a great help.
My first year at growing runner beans, so this tutorial is just the job. Thank you. 😊💚
Hi can I ask how big your pots are, can I use a potatoe bag ? and is it 3 plants to one pot, one for each cane ? Sorry I’m new to this … thanks
I usually use 20 litre pots. It’s one plant per cane so they have a firm framework to climb up. The plants can get quite heavy when the beans are growing. Good luck x
Awesome tips Elaine...thankS deeply for sharinG!✌😀🙏😇🌹🌞🌹☕🍵☕
Your tutorials are absolutely wonderful. Thanks!
Thank you 🙏
Very well explained. Thank you.

Cool...thank you!
how high should the framework be ....??
This is so helpful thank you! Can't wait to get growing now.
Good job Dear 👌
Do you feed them just once or more?
I'm going to grow runner beans this year alongside my pepper plants which I grow in pots, I've made loads of videos on them :) I have four varieties of runner beans two of which produce white flowers and two red. Great video and advice :)
Thank you so much. You have solved my dilemma for growing runner beans in pots. I’m retired and live with my children in a little studio with my own patio so I have limited space. This was absolutely the most informative video on UA-cam I have EVER seen. So precise and helpful. Wonderful presentation. I look forward to more of your wonderful ideas.
Very informative tutorial.
Thanks for the video, came across the channel when looking at the best way to prick out Salad, wasn't sure if i needed to or not. :)
Great tutorial… thanks
Thanks, just the tutorial I needed! Great presentation style.
Hope all is well. Miss your vids xxx
I growing some now and i got seaweed for them and some phostrogen.
That was a slick tip! Thanks Elaine!
this was so helpful.. thank you!!
Great video Elaine - many thanks
Really thorough instructions. I think you should wear a long sleeve shirt and put on a hat and shades. Sun exposure is very dangerous for your skin and eyes even if you had run on a sun screen. Good health!
What are the things under your pots please?
I use cable ties to tie mine together.
