Your ceramic ornaments curl? The only thing that ever mis-shapes for me is acrylic. If you do acrylic, you don't press as long and put a heavy book on them right away. Ceramic should never curl.

If the press doesn't close all the way there will be a spot not hot enough on the glass- not even temperature. I always rotate. My paper doesn't blow out so I don't find it necessary to wrap with paper but that is a decision that we each make. If you feel comfortable wrapping with protective paper to protect your press it is best to do so. I sometimes do, it depends on what I am pressing. Good questions! ❤

@RichardHodgsonGuildford Not sure what you mean. I usually make my mockups then combine them into a movie format.

@mycupoverflows22 Canva allows you to create videos so do you upload a video on which to place your design to create a video mockup, in the same way as you created the mockup images?

Yes! Go to "edit ", then "adjust" and scroll down to color edit. Click on the green color, then change the hue to red by sliding the bar to your desired color! I will have to do a video on this one! Thanks for asking such a good question!!

@kims4017 i always use these settings and my colors come out perfect. I just have a converted eco tank. Same printer for 2 years now. I don't know the difference between automatic and custom. Good question!

Ugghh. I tried custom yesterday and it took me all day to get my magenta back to printing. No more custom for me. I am sticking to my automatic setting. My old girl is doing just fine 🙂

It has been trial and error for me mostly. The instruction manual with this press actually give a few pressure recommendations! It suggests HTV and Sublimation at 170 lb of pressure. I love the digital setting choices for pressure!

Magnets can be different. If yours came with instructions, follow the instructions. Maybe your printer colors are not set correctly. Some other people have videos to correct printer settings.

You need to be using "frames" to send image back. If you accidentally delete the frame, you need to use the template pdf and start over. Some of the designs just go on top.

I'm glad you found me too. I got the cricut mug press first when I started. That was very limiting to basically coffee mugs. For Tumblers my first choice is still air fryer! If you do decide to get a mug press, watch a couple of my reviews of mug presses. Congratulations!

You can upload them to Canva and insert into the size of the ornament you want or you can put them in a Word document and resize there. I suggest Canva.
