I watched these show years ago all the actors are great specially Freddie Highmore. But until now i really felt sorry and sad of what happened to Norman and his mother.

God I miss this show so much! Bates Motel was one of the best shows of the 2010s, the chemistry between Vera Farmiga & Nestor Carbonell was incredible and no one else could've played Norma & Romero more convincingly, I'd love to see Vera & Nestor work together on another series soon, they could even play Joyce & David Madsen in Life is Strange(which is also set on a seaside bay in Oregon)

while i admit they would've had wonderful chemistry from episode one, i am honestly so glad that they waited three seasons for them to actually get it going. three seasons of development and growing tension

They didn't even kiss and and that was still one of the hottest scene i've ever seen on a tv show, we don't need crude and dirty sex scenes all the time like in too many tv shows today, because scenes like this one are so much more effective the chemistry is crazy!

I actually haven't seen the show yet (I'm spoiling myself and it feel so good), but the chemistry is so amazing, I'm sweating.

When she says "I did it, I killed him" she turns her gaze away from him eyes, she feels bad about lying to him and knows he isn't going to fall for it. When she admits that he 'knows the truth' she hates that she wasn't able to conceal it for her son and hates him for having that ability to see through her lies. It's so interesting to see two characters so stubborn but who obviously care about each other. Mind you, at this point Alex has the strong feelings, but Norma does care about him as well and there was an attraction and friendship there. It's weird to watch these kind of scenes with them because the chemistry is so strong you can feel the tension but their interactions are also heartbreaking (such as their hug when Alex moved out of the motel, when they said goodbye) and in the end, they are doomed.
