Looks legit. I’ve been in Thailand for 15 years and from what I saw from the prep to the presentation it is authentic. Thai food is addictive, but careful. It’s not the healthiest food, especially the desserts.

Been eating Pho since the 90’s down on River St in town. My friend and I ate at Ribs & Broth 2 weeks ago. My friend ordered the Short ribs Pho and I had a regular Pho. The broth was weak and they gave me hardly any meat at all and not much noodles either. The brought him his Pho with the Beef ribs instead of Short ribs, they took it back and brought it out with the right ingredients. I think since you was filming the owner made your soup real nice. I’m not going back to this rip off joint ever again. You want the real deal go to To Chau Vietnamese Restaurant on River St downtown.

I've been there many times and to use the bathroom you need to walk thru the kitchen and I can vouche that the bathroom and kitchen looks clean food is good and servers friendly.

for the life of me if i ever own a business, i would take atleast 1 day a year maybe a holiday when places are close, and repaint and redecorate my business to make it better looking than that, the main reason cause it shows you care about your restaurant, and if customers think you care of how your place looks , then they would care if you take care of the food, just my observation, that fountain looks kinda creepy, i have to be honest if i walk in there look at that i would walk back out act like i forgot my keys or wallet and never come back
