Lovely car and enjoy it ass daily just get it well sealed rust proofed underneath
Tough, simple, durable, reliable, long lived.
That is a beautiful 2H 60 series. My first LC cruiser was exactly the same model which I sold with just under 500k km’s. I have had many LC’s after that. Currently have an 76 with 1HZ but always on the look out for another 60 series.
I want to buy one soon!
I love these so much!! The 6-1 pipe original manifold too 😂 man it’s original!
Impressive. Would be great at the Festival of the Unexceptional. This years winner was a HiLux so the judges are a bit partial.
so cool!
Got the Sapphs, Mitka.
@coldwarmotors
Thsnks to keep alive this '60 masterpiece. Have many good trips with her in the nice english countryside
I have seen exactly 2 of these, and both that color....interesting...
Coldwarmotors?
good job,Beautiful movement!
Lovely collection of cars, I agree I love the ‘original’ paint and all the imperfections.
Wrinkle paint can be hard to remove. I use a blowlamp to soften / burn it off after which only gentle scraping is required.
Apparently it’s pronounced LANCHA .
That Jag is a lovely car. It doesn't matter that it has a few imperfections. The paint looked pretty good in the sun after that polish.
Thanks for the video, I just got a cal 8531 on a dress watch iwc not the engineer, but is the date setting just wind until the date pops up? I noticed you can go backwards but would you really wind the watch backwards to set the date back 10 days for example? Having to wind until the right date pops up may be why those ratchets wear out as you mentioned from manual winding
I take it you are talking about the setting mechanism. That does not affect the winding mechanism when you’re setting the time. It’s a shame it does not have a quick set for the date as manually forwarding 10 or so days is a pain😅
Great video! Fun hanging out at Beaulieu!
thank you for this quite detailed video, it’s been really helpfully
You need a fester engine, you could install a Busso V6 from Alfa GTV6
Good video, nice content sir! Would love to chat watches with you sometime. I do a nightly livestream on my channel and would love to collab with u. Let's talk watches - ARCHIELUXURY
Hello I have the Heuer Autavia GMT 2446C If you can tell me how to open the back case I will be grateful.
You bring it to a watchmaker and ask then to open it for you👍
@@MitkawatchI did when they are trying to open it the case back rotates and they can't take it out it just rotates.I have some mark of a half circle on the case back .I took it to 4 watchmakers and all couldn't open it.
@@mostafaelshazly9611 It is a super Compressor style case. So you turn the case back so it unlocks (should be a mark on the case back to align with a mark on the case) and then you open it as a snap on back.
@@Mitkawatch I can't thank you enough I will send your reply to the watchmaker who has the watch to try this many thanks once again.
@@mostafaelshazly9611 if you go to my website mitka.co.uk and worksheet library you should find some photos of the case back ect👍 best of luck.
Apologies for somewhat blurry images and uneven sound quality! Will try to improve on this👍✌️
Nice watches. IWC is beautiful.
Interesting, as usual...mind you, I'm biased when it come to classic Lancia cars, being a 2000HF owner myself
It's amazing the car is in great condition , I've an MK2 from 67, with an original E/type 3.8 engine in it. Not in as good condition as yours, but the body is in great condition and very little rust. I've replaced all the woodcinside, 8ve been in an e/type and the are still my next car. At 79 the good lady has told me the day I swop the mk2 she's leaving, sounds a afir swap!

the headrest isn't to rest your head, it's to restrain your head in the event of a rear collision and prevent whiplash injuries.
Thats rigt! And togethers with 3 point seatbelts saves millions of lives.
What a nice guy!
Good job for a wonderful watch 👏👍🙂
Gorgeous looking car, my dad had a 1959 singer gazelle saloon when I was a kid 4:42
Complimenti Mitka for your good taste!
Thanks! But who would not love a Lancia Aurelia;)
Mate, glasses almost ready.
is the dial still up for grabs? :P
No;)
Love your video style and commentary, felt I was at the show with you. The chats with the owners made it also, thanks for posting this.
Thanks for your nice comment! Much appreciated
Impressive show Mitka. I think the thumping tractor was a Lanz Bulldog, they were single cylinder, a very big one. They were started with a gun that sent a spark?????? Anyway not the sort of thing you run for a minute then shut it down. The Stanley Steamer would be a rare beast. Imagine measuring your economy by how much water you use. 😄
It was a Field Marshall, still a big single cylinder but not hot bulb like the Lanz tractors :) you can start with a cartridge, most people tend to hand crank start them though
Great video! Thank you for including a bit of the Fairground Organ 👍🙂
Gorgeous Gorgeous
Il marchio Lancia produceva auto italiane ma la stile e il gusto era britannico.
Nyyyyydelig. ♥️
Nicely done! I just ordered the same model and year. I can't wait to see it once it arrives.
Great title 😅
Love the 4cv . I restored one 25 years ago we used it as our wedding car. It is the early one with the spider wheels.
Great video in every respect Mitka. Like the chats with the owners and getting a peek inside the cars. Opinion on the Berlina. Personally I can only concentrate on one car at a time. Some people would buy Ian’s bits and then let it sit there forever. I don’t think you are that sort of person. Like me, you like to see things moving forward. With a young family and your other cars I would personally move it on. Hope fully cover your costs. Let the new owner liase with Ian. Advertise it on Alfa club sites maybe?
Wise words, but am I a wise man?!👀
I admire your skill and patience. I came for the cars and stayed for the watches!
Thanks for the nice comment:)
My Pug 207 is going bought a frugal 107- £0 road tax.
PMd you on Insta m8 about glasses.
I’ll log in tomorrow 👍
My dad owns a 1961 red convertible singer gazelle and I think there's only 16 convertible versions left in the uk. Yours looks very nice and I like the shiny walnut on the dashboard
Thankyou . Great camera work from Klara . The oil pressure on your Jag' was literally off the dial ! 😊 And that "e" was very optomistically priced , £350 would be more realistic !!!😂
The steering wheel is on the wrong side.
Depends where you are going 😂
