This is truly one of my favorite B-17 ambiances on YT right now. The sound isn't too intense, yet enough bass frequencies mixed with propeller, and the background you did is so atmospheric, even down to the woman's picture bolted to the frame. Really makes me feel like I'm in the era, but the night time stars adds a dreamy nature to my creative work when I have this on another screen.

great design, but the star loop is waaaay too short and I see the same bright star over and over and over....

Nice, but not cavitation. If the propeller induced cavitation, it would not be efficient. The bubbles are just the result of air mixture with water due to the turbulence of both the propeller motion and of the motion of the ship through the water.

I dont believe in it, but my grandma believes in reincarnation. Ive always found old military aircraft and old music and old dresses and houses very comforting-ever since I was little. My grandma always says maybe I was a ww2 pilot in my previous life which could be another reason why I want to be a pilot. Ive always bee drawn into old ww2 aircraft since I was little. My faorite plane used to be the P-40 Warhawk. My favorite now is the P-51D Mustang and the B-17 Boeing Flying Fortress. They're both incredible aircraft that did such amazing things for their time

Flew in a Goonie Bird for the first time in 1948, eleven hours to Bogota, Colombia via Cuba. I was 2 years old. At 15 I flew into Florencia on a jungle trip. At 28 I flew into Leticia on the Amazon. All DC3s. Flew all the DCs and the Connie. My last trip as a teenager was the brand new 707. The trip to Colombia went from 11 hours, to 7, then to 3. My favorite sound is when the engines get out of sync.

They set sail as early as yesterday stuck in the rough seas of the Atlantic and the channel the took of only a few hours ago, in about 12 hours, they will be looking at the sun coming up in an occupied land. The beach will run red with the blood of brave boys. The sky’s are empty of the chutes and those elites are behind the lines. The fight for north Europe starts now.

I’m here as it’s the 5th June 2024. Thought I would use this to meditate and reflect on those brave paratroopers heading to Normandy 80 years ago tonight. Respect and love.
