Both of those are valid however in this case it's much more simple....I think he went AFK for a bit. At the end you see him walk out from under tower but prior to that he was against the tower not doing anything, no last hitting, no autos, absolutely nothing. Bad luck on my part I guess. All in a days work in ranked. 😅

First of all, you don't gank losing lanes. Especially if they won't interact in midgame (Pantheon is a roamer while Yorick is a splitpushet and does outscale) Don't gank when a big wave is crashing for your laner. Don't gank when you're down 3 levels on a full hp toplaner, that's a recipe for disaster, easiest 1 vs 2 on almost any self-respecting top main that smells weakness.

Not a lot of info in this clip, but you level 6 yorick level 7 and panth level 9 and seems like yorick would've missed a cannon wave for that. From this clip it looks like it was too late for a gank, tho as stated above there isn't a lot of info to go of.
