I came across this video as I am starting to get into startup marketing and how there are different platforms..had an account on HN forever but never used it and was looking how to change username and actually create a post that doesn't start with 'Show HN' ---came to youtube, and ur video is the first on on HN. ...I was then curious and went deep looking into you. Not sure if you'll read comments in your old videos BUT my man you are doing sick work currently-- CreatorML AND YC! Interested in creator economy but more so in the bts operations of it and you are creating something specifically for that business. It's great to see come across someone's old work (this video) and look into what they are doing currently! Hopefully will end up sending a cold email to you someday haha

Thanks for this very interesting and insightful video. My situation is as follows: I have a bachelors degree in CS (Germany‘s best university), focused especially at the end on deep learning and ML also in my thesis. Did some internship in deep learning research, am working for 4 years as a full time Senior Research Engineer in a mid-size tech company in ASR but here is the caveat. Since my daily work consists of more the development part of delivering ML models to production rather than the research part or publishing papers etc, what would you recommend me and how are my chances to Land a real research engineer/scientist job at an AI lab? So my plus is job experience in the field as well as quite some profound ML/Deep Learning theory knowledge in either NLP or Computer Vision, while my minus is lack of Masters and PhD and rusty coding (as my current role has a dedicated team for coding the pipeline for production)

If I understand that whole predicator thing correctly it means that it doesn't look actually at my channel and only looks at one video? And compares it to what? All of YT? I was thinking to do the $99 sub but I am doubting it will be useful if my thumbnails are compared with every niche.

You're not totally right. You should learn a programming language based on your interests... Robotics? C/C++ Videogames? C++/C# WebSites? Js/PhP/SQL System Programs? Batch/Bash/PowerShell Etc, etc, etc.
