Bakugou dead by sludge villain. Uraraka dead by the entrance exam 0 pointer.. if not dead then she wouldnt have a leg at the very least. Tsuyu and mineta 1st of all wouldn't have been able to figure out the villains didnt know their quirks and mineta only did something because he saw izuku was just as scared but didnt just give up. Tsuyu would have not gone to the area aizawa was fighting in so shigaraki wouldn't have been able to kill her but that is if she was still alive by then. Aizawa would have died because of the nomu and shigaraki would have killed many kids. Remember uraraka helped Iida's escape in the usj and idolizes what izuku might do.. same with iida who would've resisted leaving at all costs. The class would basically be dead with their teacher at the usj and afo would easily rule the world afterwards because all might wouldn't have gotten the drive to still go beyond.. because izuku didnt try to save katsuki instead died lossing hope. If some of the class somehow survived this, the media wouldnt know of it as an incident.. it would be called a massacre. 1A would be depressed and stressed with no one to give them hope. Also all might would have given ofa to mirio who would have been horrible with ofa. Because 1- he already has a quirk hence his life will be shortened, 2- his quirk is phasing through things meaning he trained himself to fight with his lack of senses.. ofa enhances all senses as well.. mirio will not have the mental capacity to control it in time and also wont have high pain tolerance like izuku because his quirk makes him do the opposite and he is reliant on his quirk. 3- the quirk gets stronger the more its passed and will also give out other quirks.. mirio would quickly become an ofa nomu because of this. Shoto would always only use his ice quirk and because of the space in 1A after the deaths shinsou would have joined 1A sooner but would also be stuck in his head while having to face villains. Iida would definitely die by stain. The lov wont have a reason to attack the training camp since katsuki was kidnapped because he was the closest to izuku.. here both are already dead. (If they did tokoyami's quirk would basically kill shoji, kota would die by muscular and toga would have harmed many severely or even killed many without hesitation because she only cares about izuku and uraraka's view point.. both wont be there and even if uraraka with 1 metal leg might be there.. she wont have the same drive. After tokoyami accidently kills shoji and kidnapped by the lov, he would be more easier to convince to join because in his eyes, he would be a villain anyways.) While the camp would be safe.. i-island would be a different story because david would be desperate to help all might and still hire fake villains that turn out to be real because of afo. Afo with that helmit wouldn't need to go through many plans and might easily rule the world. Also all might would die no question and then afo wont even need shigaraki. Eri would never be saved, nine wont be needed and flect turn will definitely be successful because izuku and katsuki wont be there, shoto will use half his quirk, endeavor would still be a bastard and rody would still be a criminal who wouldnt risk his life for nothing.. he does have siblings to worry about anyways so yes.. pure chaos. Realistically though UA would have shut down long ago as well. Afo would have ruled japan and very soon the whole world where no citizen or hero would be safe. (Took me quite long to write this and think of the alternatives 😅 hope its good)
