Withoiut the WEP, I could have retired a little earlier with more retirement income. I would have been able to enjoy myself a little longer before health issues started limiting my ability to get around. At least I had a couple of good years because I know many former teachers who have to go back to work or continue working because the WEP and GPO limited their income despite earned benefits.
