apria is garbage. look up the literal thousands of complaints against them on the better business bureau website. and be sure to google how they ripped off medicare for years.

Apria has been scamming people for years with fraudulent billing schemes. They tried to bilk my insurance with a double billing scam by charging over $11,000 in rental charges for a CPAP machine that my insurance had already paid for. When my insurer caught them, they tried to assign the charges to me. I've spent hours on the phone with my health insurer and Apria trying to sort this out. Talking to Apria is worthless. They demand payment and if you don't pay they sell your account to a collection agency, whose phone number is associated with charity, IRS, and other medical billing scams. When you need CPAP supplies, they purposefully send you the wrong ones, prompting another call. That way they get to bilk your health insurer and you for both the correct and incorrect CPAP supplies.

This company is a full on scam. Avoid them at all costs. Hidden fees and a barrage of harassing phone calls await the unsuspecting customer.

this company should be emabarrased to the fullest extent; 1 IT IS MISS LABLED LIQUID OXYGEN, NO CERTAINLY NOT the 02 in the tanks in this video are in a gasous state. 2 TANKS SHOULD NEVER BE PUT UNDER A BED NO MATTTER WHAT; thats like putting them in a closet how high do you think the bed would have to be to make it safe.. All the synthetic sheets now a days, are scary, all you need is a little friction better known as static electricity with a 02 LEAK AND YOU'LL BE ON THE MOON........not everyone has cotton sheets. and I worked in a hyperbaric oxygen multiplace chamber for years you;d be surprised how little friction it takes to set the 02 off I show this video to my nursing students to explain WHAT NOT TO DO IN THE HOME and all those tanks she has in the back of her suv... oh please wouldn't want to be on the road driving next to her. can you imagine if she was struck from behing..

Update: February 9, 2018 It’s been 3 weeks trying to get a new Bi-Pap machine. It started back in January 28, 2018 when the order went in from the doctor. I waited about a week and called them. I was trying to understand their broken English Philippine people. I ask where is my new machine. She took all my information and then sent me to another department which ask me the same information. She said she was going to expedite the order. I figured I would get an e-mail and a tracking number in a day or so. Wrong…. A week went by and I called again, this was February 9, 2018. I went through the whole spiel of your name, city, birthday, zip code. She again sent me to another department, which I went through all this again. I ask her “where is my new bi-pap machine” “I need a tracking number”. She said she would expedite the order. At this time she said the secondary insurance wanted their money first before they would ship. By then I called my secondary insurance and explained my problem with Apria. She said I wasn’t the only one having problems with them. This lady was in Harlingen in South Texas listened to my story. She said she would contact my doctor for the order and get back with me. About 4 hours went by and she called and said the secondary insurance approved the bi-pap purchase and would get back to me Monday. Today is Friday when I talked to her. I told her to call Apria and have the original order stuck where the sun doesn’t shine. The company that is going to get me the replacement machine is about 2 miles from where I live. If you are fighting with Apria and are fed up call your secondary insurance company if you are on Medicare and talk to them. They will get you to a local company that will work with you. Apria Healthcare is one doomed company.

What do these machines do if they're left to run in a confined space? assuming that they detect that they have markedly reduced supply of oxygen to concentrate, and excess concentration of nitrogen as well? Do they alarm if this happens, or keep cycling the nitrogen in and out even after the availability of oxygen is gone? Thank you.

Over here taking care of my Grandfather and water began to come through the lines in the middle of the night. He panicked and took was trying to clear the lines and got them mixed up; he didn't want to wake me lol. I'm like, "Dad...that's what we all are here for." I'm telling you, this video saved us 4:00 in the morning...CST!
