Onslaught is underrated when it comes to decepticon leaders. Hes not incompetently selfish like Starscream but not entirely cold logic based like shockwave. Hes the perfect tactician who knows how to order a team of misfits properly(especially bots like Swindle or Brawl) and can get the job done.
