Thanks for the tips, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

You're right, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

This ED problem is already a thing in the past. Thanks a lot to this ED treatment. I`ve now what I long to get. Having this peak of my desire is not a problem any more. Other men should test this also. It`s pretty efficient and highly effective. Take a look at this guidebook on Google, name of this tip is Kαylo Bacumlo With thanks

This was great, I've been looking for "indian medicines for erectile dysfunction" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Narnlivia Stiff Manhood - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.

°•○ FUNCTIONS OF FORESKIN ○•° 👇 . [ ] 🍌 PROTECTIVE COVER: Like a glove🧤, it protects the penis from abrasion, chafing, the elements, and helps regulate temperature. It keeps the glans moist, as it's meant to exist as mucosal tissue like the inner mouth (circumcision causes the glans to dry out and feel more like the outer cheek). The glans is meant to be an internal organ like the eyeball. What would happen to your eyeball if you permanently removed the eyelid? . . 🍌 GLIDING ACTION: Foreskin isn't a "flap of extra skin," it's a double-layered sheath that rolls into itself. This allows for a self-stimulating gliding action in sexual activity, which is pleasurable for sexual partners as well😊. When you change form by removing foreskin, you change the natural mechanism of sex. Harder, rougher rubbing and friction😖 is then needed to achieve erotic feeling. . . 🍌 PHEREMONES & ESTROGEN RECEPTORS: Foreskin releases pheremones🥀 and also contains estrogen receptors. Little is known about the purpose of these receptors, but they're thought to play a role in bonding during heterosexual intimacy. . . 🍌 BLOOD FLOW: Foreskin houses a rich network of 3 ft of veins, arteries, and capillaries, keeping penile function in top shape. . . 🍌 SPECIALIZED NERVES: Foreskin is densely ennervated with 240 ft of nerves found nowhere else on the body, including tens of thousands of nerve endings 😍. . . 🍌 FINE TOUCH SENSITIVITY: While sensitivity is subjective, we know foreskin contains fine-touch receptors making it the most erotic part of the penis. It can detect subtle changes in temperature, motion and texture. Erectile dysfunction and ejaculatory problems are significantly higher in circumcised men🥱. . . 🍌 ANTIBACTERIAL & ANTIVIRAL PROPERTIES: It has its own immunological system and generates substances to keep the organ healthy, clean 🛁, and a balanced pH. . . 🍌 RIDGED BAND & FRENULUM: The frenulum is a V-shaped structure that tethers the foreskin, and the ridged band is a belt of soft ridges that interestingly is mimicked in "ribbed" condoms "For Her Pleasure."😊 These erogenous zones are ablated or destroyed by circumcision. . . 🍌 LENGTH & GIRTH: Logically, removal results in "less." Did you know, foreskin comprises 1/3 - 1/2 the total penile skin in an adult? Studies comparing length/girth between intact and circumcised men have noted distinct differences. Circumcised men are also more likely to have tight erections, hairy shaft, or bent penis 🍆due to an insufficient amount of remaining skin. . . 🍌 LUBRICANT: Like the vagina, foreskin is self-lubricating, which keeps the organ moist and sensitive. Intact men generally don't need artificial lube for sexual activity. Nature intended for BOTH partners to contribute to the lubrication that makes sex comfortable. . . 🍌 SPHINCTER BARRIER: At the end of the foreskin is a sphincter feature which keeps contaminants, microbes, bacteria and debris out👮‍♂️, while still allowing urine through. The urethra is protected under this sheath rather than constantly exposed, thus significantly decreasing risk of meatal stenosis. . . . Very interesting. But, for the layman, the inter-relationships between these electrolytes would be interesting to hear; ie., Calcium seems to balance with magnesium and sodium with potassium, but what about the phosphorous and the overall relationships.

My question is, why don’t doctors discuss the after effects of Sepsis? I developed Sepsis 3 years ago, in a 12 hour time frame I had lost the ability to walk and then the ability to talk. Later during the day I was in ICU with the doctor telling my husband that he needed to call my family in. I lived, but I was left with an uncontrollable head and neck movement that has never gone away. My memory is like Swiss cheese. WHY AREN’T DOCTORS TALKING ABOUT AFTER EFFECTS?!? I had to find out all the information I needed concerning Sepsis on-line from other Sepsis survivors! Not one word was ever said to me from any of the doctors that were involved. WHY?!?!

so sepsis is the result of an untreated infection.. ..I was bit by a dog in January 2017 , April 2017 another dog that was exposed to many gross ..filthy things and it groomed and filed its nails with its teeth.. it scratch ed my wrist ..puncturing through skin deeply. an inch long . Nasty rash followed .. at time I was hyperglycemia and toxic overload ..from nail polish and liquid band aid on my neck and head.. Due to a fly landing above lip .. initially.. 10 mos prior. my immune system had been low since and fatigued 80% of time .. well 6 mos after a cat dug 3 claws into my waist..stomach. that occurred 5 mos ago so I've been sick for 10 mos and attempted to inform drs of my symptoms and injury.. I have yet to be tested.. in not sure why they ignore me.. according to much info on internet..its a serious matter ..if infection is left untreated .. ..I hope that I can get treated ..before it gets out of hand..as it is..I feel lousy .most of the time.. oh my...I was so full of energy and rarely caught a cold.. Im in California..if anyone has any advice on who to turn to.. it would be appreciated..

Hi Dr. B, I am just curious. In any situation, will patient with HIT need emergency heparin reversal? How would you balance of anticoagulation and thrombosis during the evaluation of HIT? We need to stop heparin when suspect HIT right away, right? Then during the HIT evaluation, do we start argatraban right away? Or we withhold all the anticoagulant, until HIT confirmed? Any other supportive care that we can do for the patient?
