I realize that I may have worded things incorrectly in my last post. My apologies. The gist of what I meant was that I’m careful with all the information that is out there in the world, coming from all kinds of sources. I’ve been wounded with information in the past that was not true….so as a learning experience, I guard my mind and heart. I’ve learned to listen to my heart🩺💜….as a guide to what is and what isn’t true or accurate. Peace and blessings always😊😇🕊💫✨🙏🫶
I think I’d pretty much understood the meaning of your first comment haha no worries! & Yes, I totally agree, especially about learning how to not listen/take in all the information always around us. I’ve heard many people talking about social media diet for this exact reason, having too much information, especially if it’s contradictory or divergent can just lead to being so overwhelmed which eventually stops us from truly ascending And I love that quote, I was talking with a friend about this a few months ago, I think the ego can be very sneaky, so you kind of have to learn how to recognise it, and redirect the energy into something more positive or at least neutral, but again the ego is not all bad as long as it’s used as the tool it is and not a motor 🤍🌸

ive realized im addicted to toxic relationships n drama bc i grew up in a culty toxic ass family, i jus cut off contact w all those ppl who i swear got a power trip from provoking me n triggering me but now im left w what feels like withdrawal, i know theyre toxic n bad for me but i keep ruminating over them n wondering why they dont “pursue me” (even tho logically its the opposite of what is reasonable n safe!), this helps a lot so thank you❤
When you grow up surrounded by trauma, chaos, drama etc, you are obviously going to have this kind of attachement/dependance to toxicity because that is your perception of « safety/known territory » but I hope you are so proud of yourself for taking that first step in breaking the cycle! You’ve just overcome the hardest part, now time to deconstruct and rebuild healthy patterns/beliefs! You can do it, I believe in you! Sending love and light your way 🌸🤍
