Night video looks good, but sadly the quality in general looks bad
I did not see on the top of the waterproof cover a spot to place an external mic....did I miss something?
i use go pro 7 black mainly for riding bicycle because it has good image stabilization. I look on footage from the most recent SJCAM but stabilization is worse than go pro 7, maybe image quality can be better but stablilization is more inportant to me, i use my go pro at 1080p and details at low to take lower space on SD card and quality seems enough. Maybe if you dont need good image stabilization then it is ok to buy cheaper SJCAM but for bicycle riding i prefer older go pro 7 becasuse of stabilization. It just smoothly moves when shaking but SJCAM still has some sudden harsh movement when recording some sports. It just really makes a difference. I see that beside go pro there is also OSMO action camera that has good stabilizaiton but besite OSMO and GoPro i just havent found any with decent image stabilization. Im just wondering when these cheaper chinese brands will reach level of GoPro 7 with stabilization then i would consider buying it but for now it doesn't even reach go pros 7 black level and there is alredy go pro 12.
It doesn't even capture 4K 60p, it tops out at 30p, that's literally 2016 tech

It's like they cranked the go pro shutter speed to 1/2000 of s second to purposely make it dark 😂👌🏼

SJCAM is a joke
SJ20 wins in low light but did not win in stabilization, and stabilization matters a lot in low light scenarios.

Go Pro looks very good in terms of image quality, the colors are more vivid and sharper, but since it is very expensive, I am considering SJCAM,
I'ts probably a good review but I can't understand most of it because of the music being so annoying. It's 2023 - stop putting bouncy music on instructional videos please. -1.

I wouldn't even replace my old Hero 5 with that SJCAM. Lol
Video quality was not even close to GoPro 12,I have sj8 plus but after sj8 ,sjcam didn't improved on video quality and stabilization, even GoPro 7 have better video quality and stabilization then sjcam sj11.
Sjcam is also like 30-50% of the GoPro price lol.
@nestrog8105 doesn't matter how many cameras you own if the video is fuzzy. Modern viewers are pretty demanding. 2 sjcams with bad video doesn't equal one gopro with good video. Hoping the sj20 is better than previous models

Very nice review. I ordered sj11. I just hope it will work with 256gb sd card (spec sheet says 128gb max).
We suggest you to use SD card according the specifications.
