My mother Cheryl Andrews personally knew Mr Russell. I've got to see him a few times. My mother passed away 2020 but will be thrilled to see this. If you're able to see this Mr. Russell I LOVE YOUR MUSIC and listen to it everyday. I guess you can say bluegrass music runs in my genes!

I enjoyed Trey’s story. I saw the vid of him on stage at the Opry as a kid in 2002, with Marty and Earl. Thought I’d search his name to see if he made it. Looks like he did!

TREY Hensley has a gift. He's the only person I know that can sing Keith Whitley songs as well as Keith Whitley did. This man could probably sing the phone book and get people to like it. I saw him as a kid, and he was just a kid. It was kind of cool to see all the top names in writing them on stage, but as he grew up, he turned into something awesome. It's like they predicted the future perfectly.. now I'd like to know why he isn't supported more by the record industry.

I cannot wait to hear Russell with Alison Krauss & Union Station. Also, it's pretty amusing that Dan Tyminski is part of the commercial break in this video.

Used to listen to Moon and Joe at work in the mid to late 80's. Seen the traditional grass at least a dozen times. Got their autographs on a cassette tape insert. Seen them once with The boys from Indiana in Franklin Ohio at a VFW.

Dan's voice is absolutely amazing. I just love listening to him.

I started listening to Del McCoury about six or eight months ago.. I play him now most every day hopefully someday I’ll get to see him on tour I love his music and of course I love the Vincent song 1952JAY Bryant Arkansas

How can you feature Doyle, and even dream of not featuring one song of his tight, soaring Gospel harmonies? Unconscionable.

I met Dan at a song writing workshop at the Anchorage Folk Music Festival. The room was so full that people were sitting on the tables. He shared how Southern Gothic was written and played it for us. At the end he asked if there were any questions. After the great time we had in that room the only question I could come up with was “what kind of capo is that?”. Duh…🤯 Dan is the real deal.

Longtime Doyle fan Would like to have heard more of Doyle’s story. Not even a mention of his years with The Country Gentlemen. Would love to see an extended version of this story.
