I have 2 sticks of kingston fury 8gb 3200mhz and 2 sticks of crucial balistix 8gb 3200mhz in my pc. They both have the same voltage (1.35) and timings (16 18 18) with the xmp profile. In this case the different memory chips are not affecting the speed and latency AT ALL (I tested them 2 by 2). But I can't overclock them for some reason :)

what if frequency match? i have a kit of 3000mhz balitix, manually overclocked to 3600mhz, and thinking of upgrading in the future, if I buy a diferent vendor but with 3600mhz xmp, and match the timings ?

pointless to do this and then upload in only 1080p on YT. UA-cam's 1080p quality is too poor. Reupload in 1440p at least, 4k would be better. Yes, it's an upscale but the extra bitrate would show a more accurate comparison. And if we're comparing QUALITY, why are you only doing a quarter resolution 2-pass instead of full resolution with NVENC?

u need mounting pressure any cooler will suck without pressure u could go with those double sided glue thermal stripes which holds the cooler down on the cpu. and there are bigger phone coolers out there. i think that could work to some degree.

This is beacuse that uses a peltier cell of 12v that is good doing his job but is not intended for cpu use, beacuse the peltier works at low temperatures making it a great idea for passive cooling cpus for low end laptops but not for such cpus as "high end"
