Somehow the ryuk theme really fit the ryuga scenes especially when it shows clips of him and gingkas history , and somehow the clip from that fully fledged top anime don't look as good as the litteral ad for a kids toy .
Ryuga's theme was that of an emperor that rules with brute force. It matches the 1:48 scene

A few people have uploaded Hd versions to UA-cam. There’s also at least two 4k upscale projects that may or may not still be going. If you’re looking for something more official I believe Amazon prime video has some amount of the series in Hd too.
