one of my biggest projects since the ones you saw during my time in fnf. very likely my biggest and i like how this ended up.
the idea for this originated from when i played through the 8th touhou game (Imperishable Night). it's nothing special honestly, i just found this song really nice sounding and unique. so, back in june, i created a project file for this.
...well, i only ended up starting the remix a few days ago. yeah.
as it turns out, other projects had to be focused on at the time. i also was on summer vacation as well, so i chose to not spend all my time indoors either.
the thing that pushed me to finally start this and push through to finishing it was the fact, that thursday was the 20th anniversary of Touhou Eiyashou ~ Imperishable Night. i didn't know it at first, but when i found out i almost had a fucking stroke - i had a very short amount of time to remix this, if i wanted to get it out then
and here we are! over 26 hours (over the course of 3 days or so) later, i've made a full remix of "Gensokyo Millenium ~ History of the Moon".
i had planned for this to be an even bigger project, extending to another remix of a song that comes right after this one in-game - Voyage 1970.
if finished, it would have added another two minutes to the length of this project. but for now, i will be putting it on hold so i can take a fucking break; it is coming soon though.
i did everything i could in that little amount of time and i hope you enjoy it.
