Teamcraft, maximal gains and the importance of breaking bread - Season preview
Amazon is going to have quite the job with their seating plan! Before I went fully remote, my old company had fixed desks, and we had this whole seating chart on the company wiki with numbered desks. I hardly ever worked from home-usually just for stuff like fixing my boiler. I honestly thought that kind of setup was a thing of the past. I’m not a fan of mandating everyone back to the office; flexibility and work-life balance are key. I made that clear to my latest hire.
Interesting conversation. Reminded me of the Leonard Bernstein lectures about interdisciplinary angle of view at Chomsky theories, language and communication.
Great to hear Mark again 😀
A fascinating conversation, enjoyed with a team of, or group of, or is it just a few pints of Harvey's :)
