    How can I purchase the Arcane Cane. I've searched all over the internet and can't find any place that sells them. Are they no longer being produced?

      Unfortunately they're not being produced at this time. An interesting alternative is solidaluminumcane.com. A more traditional alternative is stepinstik.com (select one of the denser woods). If the Arcane is ever produced again, I'll try to spread the word!

    A hug from Brazil. Can you help me with this doubt? In the practice of dropping energy, when I take the weight back in the application of the blow, should I tense the whole body or just the wrist?

      Ideally don't actively tense anything. Just penetrate the target with the skeleton. The instantaneous structure/alignment is created automatically in the body, without any conscious tensing. Hope this helps, sorry for delayed response!

    All true, good vid. At the end of the day the question is at best naive or an unfair strawman "what if", like those "what if someone has you in a rear naked choke?" or some other terrible and very difficult situation that you probably could have avoided. It is easier and quicker for someone to just hit your jaw with a 1 2 combo than to reach past your neck, grab it and start pulling you down into a clinch... so why didn't they just knock you out? Indeed my point exposes one [of many] weakness of the clinch and grappling in general... it's relatively slow and that's suboptimal in a fight. The "what if Thai-clinched" question makes barely more sense than asking "what if you get knocked out?" or "what if you get stabbed or shot?" If you get fully clinched by a good MMA fighter you already messed up big time, got nailed and will probably lose. If he ain't that good and you are then you'd most likely never get clinched in the first place and even if you did getting out of it wouldn't be that hard. People should focus more on being aware of themselves and their environment and training their basic attributes and skills than worrying, disingenuously criticizing or arguing the toss about worst case scenarios. Any self-defence system should be designed to deal with worst cases and indeed they are its best test but I doubt the sincerity of some questioners... The MMA fans who typically ask this are hypocritical anyway because grappling sure as hell isn't the best way to deal with clinching in a self-defence scenario e.g. one of many reasons is that when grapplers are bare-chested like in MMA escaping the clinch is easier [BJJ no longer dominates in MMA] but when clothes are worn the grapplers tend to stay clinched and fall over and stay gripped together e.g. practically every judo and BJJ gi match ever. They kid themselves that they will able to stay mobile when some strong guy deathgrips their shirt and falls over. Conversely people tend to let go when you rip their face off.
