Thanks for your comment. These recordings are 100% my own recordings, which I have captured during my visit of these 8 European cities (Zoom H6 recorder & Shotgun mic). No other audio of any other sources were used, of course.

@@philippmann.official thank you for the reply. I was confused because what was taking place in the video didn’t seem to match the what was taking place in the audio. Sorry for the confusion and wasn’t implying it wasn’t your original recording, I just thought you might have combined elements from different recordings of the same place you were visiting. The recordings sound amazing by the way. Glad I found your video because most of what I’ve found on the H6 and SSH-6 wasn’t what I was hoping to find as an example of the recording abilities of both items. I just ordered an H6 to capture field recordings and your video helped with my decision. I plan to get SSH-6 at a later time.

​@@jerrykovis5417 Yes, I understand your confusion. Well, this project should actually focus only on the hearing. I recorded some videos during my journey, just to support my outcome with visuals for UA-cam. The sound does not match the video, correct. The 2 minutes per city is in fact just a selection of hours, which I have recorded. I composed them to a dialog, that's why I called it "CITIES TALK", to also demonstrate the character of each city and differences to each other. For the recording I would suggest to mount the recorder during the recording, the Shotgun really helps to record from distance. The other mics which come with the H6 recorder are great too, depends on the purpose. To get a clear sound I have worked a lot with EQs in my arrangement. It is important record with the best quality settings and ensure to have enough threshold while recording. Doing this, you will give yourself enough freedom afterwards, when you process and finalize your audio. Be sure to use the Mid-Side plugin provided by ZOOM.
