I hope you have as much luck with yours as I do with mine. Mine is still working great. You can find replacement blades for it at harbor freight if it’s the same model as mine.
my WEN spiral planer spits out just as many chips out the front. How does yours not?
You might check to see if the out feed is clogged up a little bit. At times mine will come out the front if it’s clogged

Any idea how to remove the blade adjusting screw in the sliding bracket assembly?
Look this up on UA-cam. Jet Bandsaw Repair - How to Replace the Sliding Bracket. The channel is fixed.com. Hopefully this will help you out.
@@johnnygsdiy1981 I don't need to replace the bracket. I need to remove the screw from the bracket.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure exactly which screw you’re referring to. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

There is only one Native American wood, that I know of, tougher than dogwood… Osage Orange. A draw knife struggles to shear their interlocked grain.
I have worked with both and I agree. It is a tough wood!

It’s a great investment for me. I did have to save a little more, but I wanted the ability to resaw 12” if I needed to. The cheaper ones were only able to resaw 6-8”. I believe it’s still a great addition to the shop no matter which brand you choose.

Where did you get that tool rest and that long tool you were using?
The tool rest was from Amazon I believe and the bowl gouge I made in a different video. I made it from 1/2 cold work steel I believe. I still haven’t made a handle for it yet. Thanks for watching!

The circle will be 12 inches from one end of the circle to the other end, not half of it.

I work on small lawn equipment. The very first thing I check on leaf blowers and weed eater's is the spark arrestor.
