There's a reason why you have three phase, thats three live wires no neutral needed and single phase one live and neutral needed.

An alternative is to use your brain for once and purchase a one phase to three phase converter, this gives you the option to vary the speed of your motor as well. If you do not have a brain then use your smartphone as everyone else doe’s nowadays

There is no a single phase motor over 3 horse power or 2.2 kilo watt say two point two.In your example the 100 mf run capacitor gets warm over a few second then will be exploded.Even not using it is still ok and motor continues to run.
