      If you have diabetes, it's better to completely avoid potatoes and other vegetables in very small amounts. However, if you don't have diabetes, you can consume these vegetables in normal amounts as they offer other health benefits. Still it will be better to consult your doctor before any change in your diet if you have diabetes.🙏🙏

      All the agriculture (chemical companies) monopolies. Sell us garbage and use hard core propaganda to make you look like a snowflake nut job if you want them to make all good organic food again.
