I freaking love David Ellefson’s bass playing! I love how he can follow the guitars and the drums! Even with all the riffing and heavy drum playing, he still manages to be heard in the music! The guy is truly a beast on bass!💪🏻🤘🏻

I'm waiting for Jackson to finally ship out ellefsons new signature kelly bird bass cause I have it pre-ordered and I want to know the settings to get that kind of sound. I've always been mesmerized by his bass sound! Which is why I picked up a bass, cause of him and cliff burton!

the overall tone of his bass is already good, he just turns up the treble, so its a bit higher than the bass, and the clarity of the notes is better for metal. If you have the bass too high, you couldn't hear a lot of his playing.
