Okay first of all I knew Glenna we went to school together and we were pretty good friends. She wasn't a dumb girl. If somebody had tried to rape her she wouldn't have gotten into a car with the same person that tried to do it. And what person in their right mind gets accused of trying to rape someone and then offers them a ride home. I think it would have played out like this.. now follow me here. She's at this house where They're all partying & drinking then this Robert Moore character tries to come on to her. Glenna rejects him so He tries to force himself on her. And just like with any woman she ran and when she ran he chased her, caught her and got her in his car. Where he then would have taken her off to wherever he took her raped and murdered her. Who willingly gets into a car after somebody tries to rape them and who offers somebody a ride that accuses them of rape?? Nobody that's who. Nobody in their right mind anyway... I would be staying as far away as I could from that person whether I was the accused or the accuser.

I still think that the most likely suspects are Slates, who didn't really have a good alibi and I don't know if his house was ever searched....or a suspect whose name was never disclosed by Detective Shankland. Not sure why. But the suspect knew details that only someone who was there could have known, according to Shankland. The guy had also lived near Hallaran Park at the time and had done time in the Ohio Penitentiary for molesting a young girl. He also owned a vehicle at that time that matched the Dodge Coupe that was spotted. He had a long history of abducting girls, including later in 1951 and again in 1966. I am not sure what became of the suspect or why they were not named. It seems to me the police were clearing people quite easily...like Slates, whose only alibi was his 17 year old girlfriend, who said she was with him. I mean I'm sure they did a thorough job but there seemed to be some pretty serious suspects who looked quite guilty.

I swam, hung out, and partied at Berlin Lake quite a bit in the 90's. There was always talk of "wonder how many bodies they'd find if they drained the lake?" So sad and scary to think about all these years later.

My father and uncle had several businesses throughout Youngstown / Cleveland.. used to have a man come to the house quite regularly we would call uncle Ronnie which I discovered later in my life was Ron Carabbia.. he was always a sweet man toward my mother, my brother and I.. I'm back in the area and find it quite comical that Russ Papalardo is listed as the active head.. the best I can tell, Cleveland is not very active anymore.. Russell and Jimmy Dimora had a few things going on drug-wise but it was shut down quickly..

For those keeping score at home, the trial of Robert Moore has been delayed yet again. It seems as though the new county prosecutor has recused herself from the trial because at one point she provided legal counsel to Moore. There is a hearing set for Feb 6th to determine who will prosecute moving forward. In essence, they are starting over. Moore has been incarcerated since January of 2021 for the (alleged) murder of Glenna White and is being held on a $1M bond. In further news I have not heard an update on the DNA results of Kathryn Mendez. I will continue to post updates as I receive them.

Quick update: Robert Moore’s trial has been postponed yet again. Today, the new county prosecutor has recused herself due to a conflict of interest as she at one time provided legal counsel to the Moore team. At this point there is a meeting set for Feb 6 of this year to discuss options for the prosecution moving forward. Stay tuned for additional delays, I mean additional updates.

Great video! I've lived in the Cleveland area all my 54 years and feel like I know all there is to know. It amazes me to learn about events I never knew occurred. I traveled W. 117th daily in the mid 80's to get to high school and never knew the road once exploded. Thanks for teaching me something new!!

Hello My friends. Thanks for the feedback, it is genuinely appreciated! A few points if I may...These places can be challenging to find. It took me 3 times to figure it out. I heard a rumor that a friend of mine may be making signs to show you these trailheads (ahem). Stay tuned on that. I will also recommend 2 more videos if you are into the darker side of the Elliot family graves. My friends at Rogues Hollow Paranormal did an investigation and had some very interesting results. ua-cam.com/video/eDgyDpHExPk/v-deo.html. If you are unfamiliar with the legend(s) behind this place, here is what I've found. The Elliot family grave is buried deep in the woods. I think (and someone correct me if Im wrong) the US Army Corp of Engineers was clearing this land and came across it not knowing about it previously. It's an old family graveyard and there used to be a semi-cryptic grave stone of 17-year-old Glamenza Elliott had the weird inscription:: “Remember youth as you pass by,” it cursed. “As you are now, so once was I.” Most of the stones are long gone but if you google it, there are a few decent articles with old pictures. There is also a legend about if you desecrate the gravestones or otherwise disrespect the family, a horrible fate will befall you. It supposedly was tested by a group of teenagers back in the 1970's. A group of 5 teens decided to test the legend so all they drove out to this grave and all the teens chipped a piece off of the graves except one. As they were leaving they were all killed in a horrible car wreck except for the one girl who didnt brake the piece off (of course). Or so the legend goes. But guess what. The legend is true, or close to it. For fun I checked it out on Newspapers.com and sure enough, I found an article about this wreck. I believe (sorry Im hazy on the details). But I "think" it was back either in the very late 1960's or early 70's. A car load of teens did visit this grave before attending a graduation party. The article DID NOT explicitly state anything about desecration or any tie from the wreck to the graveyard visit. Also, only one of the teens from the article died, not the other way around. But still pretty wild that we can trace a legend back to an actual story. I will try and find the link. The other legend is of an unusual woman from nearby town of Alliance that was deemed to be a witch by the town. They chatted her into the nearby woods and caught up with her. They either were A.) Testing her "witch-i- ness" or else B.) outright just killing her. Either way, they "pressed" her to death via the practice the art of pressing. Whereby they get the offending witch under a large board. Then large rocks began to be placed on the board one by one. Until the witch (or nots) simply is crushed under the weight. I searched for that story but didnt find anything about this legend. There is a pile of stones that is just down the hill from the Elliot Grave yard that is supposedly the witches grave. However I don't think this is an actual witches grave or even a grave at all. It appears to be the foundation of some structure like a barn or a house. The concrete had rebar in it so I don't think it was ever used for anything more than that. But then again, it doest really matter. The legend lives on. Then there is the story that these are all intertwined when the witch terrorized the Elliot family and was deemed a witch by the town mob. This is when and where they pressed her. So it wraps up the legends nice and tidy. Who knows? It took me 3 times to finally find it. It sort of clicks when you finally find it. I have visited this place 4 times. 3 by myself. It's a pretty cool weird cemetery in the middle of the woods. The stones are huge that make up the wall of the cemetery and have been there for a long time. I would imagine it would have taken a lot of effort way back then to haul these stones ALLLLLL the way into the woods and then up a hill just to create these walls. How did they do it? Im sure it was by horse or donkey or something like that. The walls are sandstone and may have been sourced locally. Too bad pictures don't exist of that place, or do they? So a couple of weird things did happen when I was there. I was taking video with a small, handheld camera with a stabilizing gimbal (DJI Pocket2). I was in the grave yard and set the camera on a tripod and started recording. The camera would not run for maybe more than a minute or two before the gimbal would give out. It was as if someone was pushing it or pressing on the lens. That had never happened before (or since). Weird. I had to reset it maybe 4 or 5 times. I also had another camera that had the battery drain quick. I had a K2 meter that was spiking. But here is my weird story. My friend and I finally found the graveyard and we were heading back on the trail leading back onto Cable Line lane. It was getting closer to dark and as we approached the trail I could see another person out hiking but they didnt see us. To avoid scaring the young lady walking we sort of greeted her loudly. She was maybe around 18-21 range, tall, short blond hair. Her clothes weren't trendy but what do I know about fashion? We commented on the very lovely weather but she responded with "Oh, are you ok with dogs?, because he might be coming back". She nodded down the trail but there was not an animal in sight. I asked her if she knew about the legend of the witch but she said she had not. She seemed in a hurry and it was getting dark so we quickly parted ways. My friend and I walked away began to chat discussing that she probably didnt have a dog and smartly remarked about the dog for her protection. More than that, what the heck is she doing going into a dark woods by herself. Yikes. As we were chatting and I quickly looked back and the young lady was gone. It couldn't have been more than 20 or so steps away before I looked back. I don't think she had time to run that fast and I sure would have heard. We were puzzled by her vanishing and quickly arrived at our car. But there was no other cars. So how did she get there? Where was she going? The nearest house was a loooooong way away. There is a parking lot on the other end trail and is a little under 3/4 mile. It might not sound like much but by going by yourself in a dark trail into the woods takes some guts. Good for her. I hope she made it where she was going. But still weird.

I watched the first video and it says the trail doesn't end in the lake. I was where people partied all the time and it did end at the lake. When I was in highschool I was there several times back in the late 80s. I have a lot of fond memories of that place of swimming off fewtown road and it's sad what it is known for now

There's something creepy about seeing the location of these missing people knowing something sinister happened within just a small distance between the person's home and the place they were heading/went to.... You're left wondering where the exact spot was where the person met with something chilling. In addition, they grew up in the area their whole life and must've felt safe, yet something brought it to all to a grinding halt 😢

Not to accuse anybody, of a crime they did not committ, but since a TRAVELING show, came through town, perhaps some of the performers, caught sight of Beverly, in the audience, and came up with a story, that they were looking for some kids, for some of their productions, and thought Beverly should try out? Just wondering. Would most likely be performers, with criminal records, or noted, as showing odd behaviors, every now and again?

Quick Update: Robert Moore is currently on trial and the process of jury selection has begun. It's only been 2 days and if tradition follows suit, there will be another delay. I will update when I get breaking news.

I am from Beaver County Pa, where Sarah Boehm is from, currently, I live across the river from where she lived. She was only a couple years older than me, so I remember seeing her missing posters around. I am so glad that someone is bringing attention to her story because I’ve always thought there needed to be a podcast or something about her. She was also originally treated as a run away and her disappearance wasn’t reported on in the local paper until a few weeks after she went missing.

How do you get that we are near Alliance, West Branch is mostly in Ravenna, Edingurgh, and Charlestown, no where near Alliance really.
