Thanks for the recommendation, we'll add it to our list of places to visit in Nepal!! We had our doubts too, but honestly they said weather is going to get worse, we were ready to take 2-3 days to acclimatise but we strongly believe it is in our destiny to complete this one and more, we do enjoy hiking, it’s always worth it and we tried our best but yess next time we’ll complete this and there are a lot of other places we’ll be covering!! Hope you enjoyed this entire journey 🤗☺️

@trishaandnikhil Of couse I loved them. The chubby smiles worth to watch it. Next time try visiting annapurna from Pokhara side. This time you people tried from Lamjung, beshi shahar, manang route.

They say it takes 6-8 hours but for us it took 10 hours because of the construction and traffic.

I will tell you why, because momo which is a variant of dumpling is seen as a singular piece… so like we say dumplings, rotis, chapatis, beans, curries, pulses etc., similarly we call it momos when it’s more than one. Us ( specifically Delhiites ) are so used to calling it momos as this is what we have been calling it since forever, even wikipedia says momos is plural of momo… now this was the answer to your why? However I know and understand that People from Nepal don’t appreciate it when we call it momos and even though I don’t know or understand the reason of the same, I know it hurts some people’s sentiments and hence we tried our level best to call it momo. We respect the sentiments of the locals. Hope that answers your question!! No matter what you call it, we just absolutely lovee itt ( be it momo or momos) Cheers!

5:06 It is called an Elephant Orphanage. We skipped the jungle safari and other zoo experiences in Sri Lanka for ethical concerns. We had a good experience, when we were there, there was no elephant riding or anything like that, just bathing them or feeding them. They talk about how majority of the elephants over here have been rescued. It seemed like an ethical place.

As per our research, It's not allowed (officially) to do any Annapurna treks alone, though, throughout our journey we saw many people doing this journey by themselves, we also heard a lot of mishaps that happened to many who went on this journey, hence having someone tag along is not such a bad idea.. Honestly, our trek became possible because our Guide/porter/friend Manoj was with us. It's not mandatory to hire a guide/porter from besisahar, if you're going for Annapurna circuit, we saw that you can hire anytime during the journey i.e, till Manang
