It's like somebody who has experienced the happiness, joy, love and kindness of a loved one. They defined the person you became. But you also grew up seeing that loved one suffer and then losing them to the cruelty of that abuser. Inside you're a good person, every day you're a good person and you are kind to others because they raised you to be like them but every day is a battle because you live with the trauma of losing them to that cruelty. I was just thinking we need an instrumental version to get one of our good synthwave creators to turn it into something akin to Carpenter Brut or darker.

Still just as amazing as it was what feels like forever ago but it kinda is and it still bangs!!! This is so brilliantly done. I remember when she was starting to produce and make edm music and I was so thrilled to see that move happen because she killed it and it also shows she was ahead of the time just like when she was just coming out 40yrs ago.
