Mike is THE reason I go to the Magic Castle. Every time I'm able to make it with friends or family I try to book on a night he's performing. I don't tell them anything about Mike or set any expectations, just let them know they have to see for themselves. I've seen him perform multiple times and there are always things he does that fool me as a magician, even after seeing them repeatedly. The real joy for me though is watching my friends and family watch him and be absolutely mystified. The intimacy he creates and the reactions he generates are unparalleled. He is the best artist in the building any given night and it is an absolute treat to sit at his bar and watch him work.

There was once a mini documentary about the Magic Castle Junior Society somewhere on UA-cam. This was way back in UA-cam's early years. I can't remember the name of it. It was very well made. Can anybody recall that documentary and if it's still posted? (Strangely, I think I recall Ashton Kutcher's name in the credits, I could be wrong on that.)

I studied with Mark and Nani Wilson at the Castle in 2014. I've since migrated to New Zealand, but I think fondly and often about those magical days at the castle. I've got a 3 year old now and can't wait to bring her to visit when she's 21 (though I must admit, I don't need her to grow up that quickly!)

Mike is such an incredible magician and performer, and I'm so grateful to know him!

I've been to the Castle over a dozen times and have seen dozens of magicians but this guy is by far the most impressive incredible magician I've ever seen in my life. I'm honestly convinced he sold his soul and has actual magic. Now when I go to the castle it's basically only to see his show and take others to see it as well.

Lovely piece. I have always said I admire the entertainers, not the magicians, I know how they do it. You Mike are one of my favorite entertainers! Thank you very much for entertaining me.
