Their initial intention was to sabotage your business. As a host herself. She is obviously covetous/envy, and this is why she pull this stunt. Some ppl refuse to be happy for the other person. Damn crosses😡😡😡. This is the business world, her business is possibly failing and so can’t manage to see you guys thriving. May God help are soul. She will have to give an account to the Most Host!!! Great job! Cabins are beautiful and look sturdy and well designed. I must comment on the gorgeous landscaping. I am always disappoint when my fellow yaadi's fail to appreciate our beautiful flowers & other shrubbery & make use of our blessings. They grow wild down there & we have to buy them in farin.

When they came they had their agenda, they know what they are doing... I have a airbnb And most of my guests are wonderful people, you want to know the troublemakers/problem people, the one dem that ask 100 questions...

Watching the video very informative but had to laugh in order not to feel upset .the red flags where from the get go and yall trying to be accommodating and the guest was trying to get a cheap stay lol .people I tell you in America host don't care if u read instructions if u don't read and follow they don't play to cancel u and still take ur money

I would just say don't be defensive, take the emotion out of this......this is great feedback for you, so have her come back and experience what it is you want her to know about Plantain Cabins.....this is a moment to excel in customer service and deal with a customer who isn't pleased. This is her feeling, I would embrace this and make changes that align to your customers needs and expectations. Feedback is a gift! She left a long piece of feedback vs. just a 1star with no comment. This is a learning experience for you and I would have her come back, apologize and make it right! Otherwise, no one will leave feedback and you won't know why customers are not happy. Just my thoughts on this. You will get a variety of STARS, this is feedback in the moment, so don't take it personally.

That person was deceptive, and many persons go around and do that to get free stay. Whenever a person start asking so much, don't even bother to book them they are just trouble.
