"Sooo quiet and smooth . .. " I'll say! Is there an application, a garment or artwork, where the Serger treatment or effect is shown and not hidden, like buried inside jeans?
Can you digitize your own cutwork files for this tool in mysewnet or Dime software or Embrilliance software? ( these work on Mac )
This so amazing could you share what thread you using I own a Juki TL 18 great machine to learn free motion quilting on thank you again
What needle do you use?
Thanks so much!
Great video. This helped me a lot. Now I can go back and fix what I have already screwed up. Thank you.
lovely I have a bernina 880 plus and was going to start with coasters but a bit nervous. what is the sticky washaway you mentioned. can you tell me where you are based at. thanks Helen
Thank you 🎉
You did fantastic!
Graffiti quilting is so cool! They remind of of quilt tattoos or something. Thanks for sharing, one day I hope to be like you and am able to graffiti quilt like this!
I love baskets.
Can the cutwork tool be used without special software? I don’t digitize preferring instead to purchase my embroidery and appliqué designs from OESD etc.. I’d like to get cutwork but can’t seem to find any info on whether it requires software. Thank you for considering my question.
Great question! Several designers provide cutwork files when you purchase their pattern. For those that don't you can use the Bernina Software V9 to create them.
This was very to the point and straightforward, you are a good teacher! Thank you for this nice short video. I just updated my old version 6 Bernina Designer Embroidery Software to Version 9. I haven’t used the original version 6 or cutwork tool for years as everything got outdated on my computer. I took the plunge and got a new laptop as well. And i have the cutwork tool and foot required. But no other up to date software for it. From the comments and your reply, it sounds like my version 9 Designer embroidery software is all i need? I want to create my own designs, and have done a few when i had version 6 running. So say for example i created my own basic shape, lets say a rabbit shape, i can auto digitize the outline for the shape and use the cutwork feature to do what you just did with the heart, cut out the rabbit shapes to be appliquéd around? I appreciate any comments or suggestions you may have, and will subscribe as well. I have been searching for hours trying to find the answer to this question! I hope what i think is correct. The staff at my Bernina dealer said they didn’t know much about the Designer Embroidery Software. That was disappointing. There is so much to learn, but also lots of possibilities. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for such clear directions. I have watched so many of these things and this is the first time I had at work thank you thank you thank you.
That is really a great alternative for quilt projects! Love the idea! Thanks for sharing Corrine!
Very informative video. Can this winder work with 950yrd (Aprox 1.5" wide) or smaller 50yrd (Aprox 1.25" wide) size spools?
How do you measure the right binding width for each quilt?
How cool thank you
I have a 750 and i don't pin point placement lucky you!
What size is the rope?
Your little piggy is so cute!
Wow, you are extremely talented at this style of quilting! So cool to see you create this design!
Very pretty quilt
Excellent video - so easy to understand your instructions and follow along. Thank you!
Awesome!!! That's such a splendid idea!!! Will definitely try this out!!!! Thanks!❤
Fabric behind the embroidered base would hide the stitching.
Excellent! I've watched edge to edge tutorials over and over and you make sense. I appreciate you showing aclear view of your screen.
How would you start to get an oval shape?
Awesome video, Corrine!
Great video Corrine!
I have been using foot 20C it is working well.
Awesome Corine! You make it look so easy, but I'm sure it's not.
Great video! You need to oil your machine, as a retired Bernina tech it hurt my heart hearing it needing oil!
Good job, Stephanie! I like these bowls, but I have never made them “natural” with fabric accents and certainly not with embroidery!
Enjoyed your video thanks for sharing. Love your Bernina machine too.
I’m going to try your suggestion about the sewing foot. Thank you!!! Love the project. I’m wondering where you found the poinsettia design? Happy bowl making!
Thank you. You presented this concisely and clearly and I will definitely be using your method on my quilt. I have twisted the last bit of binding on many a quilt. 🙃
Thank you, Corrine, for this detailed, yet concise information.
Best description of bobbin winding that I have seen. Thank you!
My trouble is that the spool is bouncing around during winding, so much so, that it lifts completely off its post.
Thank you!
Will the Handi Quilter bobbin winder support an L size bobbin?
This is the absolute best explanation ever. Far surpasses HQ's! Thank you!
