You should get a free decibel meter app for your phone and see how the noise level compares to a gas lawn mower, leaf blower or chain saw. Your noise is only a couple of minutes long. I know when I cut my grass it takes over a hour!

We had a neighbor with a very noisy car in my neighborhood. It was terrible for everyone nearby. There were elderly people struggling to fall asleep, suddenly awakened and unable to go back to sleep, babies waking up before their time, and my parents, who are doctors (and therefore came home very late), were awakened by the noise. That's just mentioning the most sensitive cases, as nobody likes to be woken up. We tried to find a friendly solution, but the guy had a similar response. After months, the adults on the street decided to resort to another solution: ostracizing the family. It was a street where we all interacted with each other. Our parents forbade us from playing with his children, who would sit at the window watching us play in the street or find out about meetings and pajama parties they weren't invited to. The family wasn't invited to the collective barbecues, holiday celebrations, or similar events. The guy resisted, but three months later, he traded the car for a normal one. I imagine his wife and kids must have made his life a living hell for him to sell the car, but it was well-deserved since he deliberately chose to negatively affect everyone in the neighborhood.
