I started out with AT&t Go prepaid then I went to straight talk then I went to MetroPCS back when it was called that Then I went to cricket in 2016 and I've been with them almost 10 years I love cricket Metro PCS has terrible service cricket has the best out of all of them it's true what they say people who come to crickets stay with cricket

I’ve always had good service with Metro, but they lied to me when I got my first plan telling me the lowest plan was the $40 plan! I found out later there were 2 other unlimited plans under that. My question is, will I get the same quality if I was on the $25 plan as opposed to the $40 plan? Do the gb on these plans really matter? 🤔

Doe the process work the same way if you already have an iPhone with a SIM card but ordered an iPhone 16 that has no SIM card slot and want to keep the same number with them? Do you still go through the same steps you did?

These stores exist solely to take advantage of uninformed buyers. Generally the ederly. They will straight up add protection plans, home phone line, home internet services, a case marked up by 2000%, and a $60 charger and just hope you dont notice. Trash business with a trash busniess model.

I would rather buy online. The quality of service in carrier stores is terrible. Their goal is to upsell you and overcharge for accessories. I was in a Verizon store recently with a friend. Since he wasn't interested in adding a line or upgrading to a new plan, they directed him to an online kiosk.

This reminds me when visible first started and it only had the one plan. The introductory plan always looks unimpressive until they reveal their *real* service plan a year later. After they had time to gauge the demand for a $25 all in monthly service plan.
