You can see the shockwave on the water
that is so cool
The sound delay too!
What road were you on? Was it Hwy 48? How was the traffic and crowds?
Yeah, highway 48, about 3 miles south of Port Isabel. I showed up about 1 hour before launch and all the good spots were starting to fill up. Definitely crowded.
@@vizix2049 Thanks. I will stick with Isla Blanca. It's really pretty good for getting there and a little closer.
@@JetFire9 Yeah I might try that next time and get there a little earlier. Seems like that place fills up pretty quickly.
Eles capturaram com muito profissionalismo, a equipe SpaceX é fantástica
I will watch every single angle that is released.
same, its too good!
what is the price and also is it plug n play
Love this project and I'm trying to make it. The STL comes up very small, would you mind posting the correct dimensions so that it can be correctly scaled? Edit: I'm printing it at 2540% scale to get it the right size
could be even simpler. rotary encoders have push SPD and HDG button could replace. and ALT and VC knobs could work like push and rotate BIG rotate without push small. where LNAV and VNAV even its like all on then its so lol
Nice
Hey mate. I've made 3 of these now and the latest one isn't working on a mates computer. It worked fine on mine. On his it shows everything from the game but the game isn't recognising the input from the box. Any ideas?
Very cool.
Nice job - well done. I'd really like to get smaller LED segment readouts but cannot find any. Any suggestions please?
Interesting
Love the format of your video (relaxing and informative) and really love how you explained how you built this AP system! New sub!
Looks like the fluid is gaining a lot of volume.
Bacana!
Seems simple enough.
ola, isto e necessario ter o fsuipc7 pago ?
It's possible to not have an external software with the SDK that helps you develop application that allow you to control the sim
you shouldve put a long brown sticky log of poo in there to see if it went down.
Do you sell this?
Huh?
Respek!
For the price that PCB's cost nowadays i would much prefer having that over wiring all those things
This is cool, you are just being a bit inaccurate with your word choice. You did not make an autopilot but a mode control panel. It might be good to label it as such so people can find it if they want one.
Thank for your sharing. I would like to know, is push button a non locking(memorized) version
This was great thanks for sharing!
Good job! Is it possible to let me know the following: The max7219 (8 digits) is split into two parts of 2x3 digits each (2 digits unused). How do you control these 2 separate parts in Mobiflight...?
I build a similar setup, but for some reason my displays keep shutting down or show some weird rondom stuff. Anybody an idea what it could be?
I think what he means is the control panel of autopilot. Not the autopilot itself, which is a bit harder to program, give it a try.
Pros and cons with Mobiflight vs bitsandroids I'm developer with some languages and arduinos But I'm beginner and very confused I will use myltiplexors (74595 and 74165) Thanks
Whould it ba Possible to Buy/Print a 3D panel of any Cockpit with Holes where the Nobs & Push Buttons Go.and Holes with Lens to Read outs. This Panel would be FULL SIZE to fit on the Front of a 50" to 65" UHDTV used as the Panel CockPit that would be displayed Behind the Panel as the primary flight display (PFD), multi-function display (MFD), and an engine indicating and crew alerting system (EICAS) display. This would Eliminate the need for Separate Components that aren't really Representative of thr Full Scale Aircraft. This Printed Panel could be done in Sections to accomidate smaller 3D printers. While all Buttons Knobs & switches could be installed By the Builder.
Great build! I've had similar ideas for a sim racing dash build! If you can, add some kind of diffuser sheet infront of the 7 segments to mask the un-lit segments and improve readability 👍🏽
wow! Gotta love smart people well done, brother
$215 DOLLARS for this?? Straight up scam. There is a full blown a320 fcu for less than that..
Yeah? Where? Lmao
@@VideoServicesVB Don't even try to justify the price.. It's unbelievable how greedy someone has to be to set this trash for 215 dollars for sale. Just a 3d printed contraption with potentiometers and buttons placed in random places that a DIYer put together in his weekend
@@VideoServicesVBcheck winwing 129.95$ for a full FCU with coming expansions like efis and glare wing
Good job! I've printed the box you open sourced, nice and beautiful. But I am having trouble fitting the 8-digit led screen into the slot. It seems impossible to fit two 8-digit led screen without overlapping each other. Did I picked the wrong number of digits or wrong type of led screens? Hoping you could help me. Thanks!
I solved it by cutting some off both ends of the pcb board.
1. Make a video that is meant answer the question if boender can flush a toilet. 2. Do not answer the question and put a cliffhanger instead. 3. Refuse to elaborate further.
cool lookin
You didn't answer the question, though! A real toilet has a siphon effect, where the water level drops until the vacuum lock is broken in the drain. It didn't look like that was going to happen.
Not a fully accurate simulation. Just having some fun in Blender. The fluid simulaiton doesn't take air pressure into account. Not really sure how I'd get Blender to do that.
@@vizix2049I'd be surprised if that type of physics existed in blender. As an animator I'd say our job is 99.9% illusion and 0.1% physics and scientific accuracy.
Nice video! I was curious how you made that..
In Blender
bruh@@ChestnutThing
you didnt even show us it flushing completely
does this simulate the Venturi effect?
I believe so
Or how about Coriolis effect? Is hemisphere a parameter? Lol
no
next time add a fully simulated pile of poop in there to see if that works too xd
so true
a little help, there's no d19, d20 and d21 on arduino meg2560
Very cool to see
Me at 3am after drinking a glass of water before bed
Will you ever offer this for sale again?
Hi! amazing project, can you please send the mobiflight config file, i really cant find all the autopilot configs for msfs2020
Hi Jeff Great work you did with the Autopilot for MSFS. Thanks for providing so much information on how and what you did, both on UA-cam and on the website, so others can try to do it for themselves. It seems to me there's a fair amount of demand so it's a little unfortunate your real life makes you too busy to make them anymore. I was just wondering about the 3D printing aspect. Looking into the options it's very confusing! What processes and material did you use? FDM? MJF? SLA? Infill level? Resolution or layer thickness? Thank you for any information you provide!
@vizix2049 Forgive me for prying into the 3D printing aspect but might I ask What processes and material did you use? FDM? MJF? SLA? ABS? What Infill level did you use? At what Resolution or layer thickness? Your ready-built autopilots appear to have been very well priced based on quotes I’m seeing for 3D printing the enclosure.
I built a couple of these using just off the shelf project boxes from Amazon (less than ten bucks) normal unlit pushbuttons, rotary encoders and mini-toggle switches. I saw no reason to duplicate the displays since I'm using the simulator for all of that info. Also, rather than an Arduino I used the Leo Bodnar interface card (BBI-32 or BBI-64) which requires no programming, it just shows up as a joystick controller that can be configured with the in game functions in MSFS and DCS (or Spad.next) The idea is to physically replicate all of the dials, buttons and switches so that you never have to touch the mouse and it makes the game much more enjoyable.
Hello, how did you record replay on your A320 fenix landing?
