Hi👋🏾. I made 72 chains but it's really up to you depending on how wide/narrow you want your poncho to be. I don't have instructions elsewhere except these ones.

Hi, thank you. To add additional sleeves you can insert a wool from shoulder ends and crochet around until your preferred length of sleeve.

You are welcome. In this case what I did was crochet short sleeves separately (from small rectangles) and attach them to the end part of the cardigan shoulder by crocheting them together.
