worst video I have ever seen

I was impressed with Lone Echo. It wasn't really my type of game so I never quite finished it (a bit too puzzley for my tastes). Half Life Alyx, on the other hand, I was FAR less impressed with than most people, although to be fair most of my issues with it are really due to personal game style preferences. Saints & Sinners 1 & 2 would be my number 1 for made for VR games, although 2 games not made for VR that have VR mods I'd probably rank higher. Boneworks is also high on my list, I really liked that one,

LET ME CLARIFY VR isn't dead. I was just clickbaiting. Which worked. VR is actually booming, and most of the stuff said in this video is not to be taken seriously. I'm a bit older, but hear me out. About 10 years ago or so they were making a STRONG push to get people to buy 3D TV's. The movie industry believed VERY strongly it was the future, and all these companies started making 3D TV's. The problem? You had to wear the 3D glasses. Now I went to Best Buy one day back then and saw them advertising a 3D TV by I believe Toshiba that didn't require glasses, you just looked at it head on and it I reckon was similar to that Nintendo 3DS concept of 3D. It looked great. I wondered why not every 3D TV was shooting for that type. The 3D TV obviously failed due to not everyone wanting to wear glasses. Fast forward to today with VR. It's the same thing. You have some people who will wear the headset, and others that won't. Which is why I believe VR will always be a niche thing. It has its followers, but I don't believe it will ever become mainstream, UNLESS they some day figure out how to get away from the headgear.

Yes Quest 3s is a bad name, they should of called it Quest 3 lite. I think you have missed the point of the quest 3s. The quest 2 is holding back standalone VR with the 1st gen XR2 chipset (and quest standalone is holding back all of VR). The Quest 3s is basically a quest 2 with the Quest 3 chipset and colour passthrough. This means developers will start making more graphically demanding games, Batman: Arkham Shadow, Behemoth, Metro and many new releases will show this. Quest 2 owners still have a massive catalogue of games and as to meta wanting you to buy a headset even year, the quest 2 came out in early 2020, the Quest 3s in late 2024 thats almost 5 years. Your maths is almost as bad as your camera and you mic level. I know it was just click bait but people keep saying VR is dead for the last 6 years, it's far from it IMO. Its slow take up but it's very far from dead. All platforms are suffering in this economy. Many studios laying off staff, Xbox sales down 42%. VR is also very popular in Driving and Flight Simulators and with that alone it won't die. Im with you on lone echo, apart from HL Alyx a lot of VR has moved backwards since then. I also don't think PSVR2 is dead, its graphically much more powerful than Quest and many games that are on other platforms look great on it, like No Mans Sky, moss, Star wars TFTGE, Pavlov, Saints & Sinners, Red matter, Hubris, Light brigade, Arizona sunshine 2 & many more. Personally I think multi platform releases are the way forward. More return for developers and with games like Behemoth, Wanderer, Alien and Metro it makes sense. Good luck with your channel

Dont feel bad for enjoying something bro. Rock on. I dont even have a meta quest three or one or two for that matter, but hating on people that can get this game is just wrong. If it was coming to all systems there would be a ton of hype and a ton less flak. Does it look like what we were waiting for? No, but it looks like something that kicks the ass of ssktjl and holds us over until some developer does something truly epic with the batman brand again.
