Air Fryer Soft Pretzels
Use pre-made dough or make your own! So easy and delicious. Perfect for sharing or keeping them all to yourself, no judgement. I serve mine with Tostitos Salsa Con Queso dip.
Dough ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup warm water
1 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
Mix ingredients together (I used my food processor) and form a ball.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and a towel to let rise (i put mine in the oven on warm/proof) until doubled in size.
Cut dough into pieces and shape them however you want.
Preheat airfryer or oven to 450.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or greased foil.
Boil a large pot of water, about 4-6 cups depending on size. Use less water for a small pot.
Add 1/3 baking soda to water a little at a time, it can make a mess.
Boil each pretzel for 45-60 seconds and place on the baking sheet.
Brush each pretzel with egg wash and top with coarse kosher salt.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy!

Why so much cooking oil spray? You literally only need to spray a tiny bit onto a paper towel and then wipe the pan and then bam you have an oiled pan.
