Dear education, today it seems that teaching, one of the most noble professions, is often overlooked. I've noticed that principals, management, and others frequently receive awards for various achievements. However, the teachers-the ones shaping the students who will serve our nation-are rarely recognized. Despite facing challenges from management, teachers still dedicate themselves with passion and zeal. Why is there no award to honor these invaluable educators? A school might function without a principal, but without teachers, it would descend into chaos. Unfortunately, most awards go to principals, who often work comfortably in air-conditioned offices, following set curricula. I'm not against recognizing their contributions, but it is disheartening to see this imbalance repeated time and again.
