You need to call your local fish and wildlife officer. His wings are injured and they will take care of it properly and get it the help it needs to fix it's wings.

That pickup is a V3500. In 1987, the C/K series were dropped on those square body models & renamed R/V series. The reason they changed the names was to make a distinction between the square body models & upcoming next generation C/K series pickups which were the OBSs for the 1988 model year because both of those body designs were going to be in production at the same time which lasted up through 1991.
