Thanks for this! I recently got back to journaling after pausing in 2020.🤭 Back then, I just wrote about my day, but now I’ve learned more structure and the other things I can journal about. Now, as a fellow overthinker,😂 I find it so helpful-it keeps my thoughts in check and less exaggerated. I now journal on my phone using 'Notion', which syncs in real-time across devices, so I don’t worry about losing it. Google Docs might work well too!😊

That’s not it…. That open lid written 12 months means after you start using it, that’s you’ve opened it then it expires 12months later. If you haven’t started using it at all then you have no issue until the written expiration date that’s if it has. For example my dove scrubs don’t have expiry date but on the lid it’s written 9months… most of my scrubs have last 2years now and they are still good cause no active ingredients so they last longer. Products with active ingredients have shorter lifespan
