SIGMA Imaging Nordic is a subsidiary of SIGMA Corporation in Japan. Developing and manufacturing high quality imaging equipment, such as premium lenses, cameras, filters etc., for creative people and companies in Photo and Video.
SIGMA was founded in 1961 in Japan and is the largest family owned camera and lens manufacturer in the world. All products are made in Japan, in our Aizu factory.

Mk2 is a great upgrade… lighter, more controls, better IQ and autofocus, and still €1000 less than the overpriced Sony lens
It's a heavy lens to shoot landscapes with.
Its almost 100g lighter than before. f2.8 Zoom lenses don‘t come for free.

For landscape at low light, a faster lens is preferred for low ISO setting. Dynamic range is effected by ISO. Hope that is understood. Now, you don't even need a dedicated camera for photography, your phone will work too. That depends on who you.
I can see that Guillame carry the Camera/Lens upside down in the left hand with the lens forward as I do, when carried like that it is very fast to get the Camera/Lens in action. The Sigma 500mm 5.6 DG DN OS Sports 024 is a great Lens, compact, light weight, very easy to handle and use and performs excellent in optical image quality.

I notice you have the peak design clips on an extra plate. With the mount having arca Swiss threads would've been nice having the holes for the strap clips too. Also make the lens for X mount!

Nice, but why are all the captures under exposed. I have noticed this with numerous videos, not just with this new Sigma lens, but other lenses as well.
I think that's an artistic vision, you dont always have to meter snow +2EV. Free your mind

The fastest game in the world, the coolest and newest arena in Europe and the photos are like a little kid who got to twist the photoshop knobs for the first time and twisted them way too much. Worst photos of a great game I've seen in a while. Is this really what photography has come to, that in the film era, they took better pictures? Come on.

We really liked the way Tommi edited these photos, and think they turned out very cool, and different to what we're used to see, which is very interesting.
